8. **Force Majeure**: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

10. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Türkiye and any disputes arising out of or related to your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Türkiye.
